I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were huge, clean, and had a lovely balcony with a view, but they lacked a personal touch and often had a lingering smoking smell. The service was top-notch with staff who were not only helpful and pleasant but also efficient in arranging activities for us. The location was convenient for walks to the Citadel and popular restaurant areas, although it required a taxi to reach the main attractions. The dining was enjoyable, offering good quality food but missing some Western choices I was craving. The facilities were satisfactory, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the area.
